Chris Sinclair is former Chairman of Reckitt. He is also the former Chairman and CEO of Mattel. Previously, he served as CEO for various private-equity backed companies, including Caribiner International (now part of IPG) and Quality Food Centers (now part of Kroger). Earlier in his career, Chris held a number of senior positions at PepsiCo, including Chairman and CEO of Pepsi-Cola Co. (worldwide beverages) and CEO of PepsiCo Foods and Beverages International. He formerly served on the Board of Directors at Foot Locker and Perdue Farms.Chris graduated with a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Kansas and received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
