Responsibility for overseeing and advising on the Health, Safety and Environmental issues for a diverse group of sectors including, 3 Animal Feed Mills, 1 Grain storage and drying facility, 1 Fuel Depot, 12 Country Stores, Garden Centre, Coffee Shop, 2 Petrol Stations, 1 HGV Garage and 1 Car Repair Garage. Based in Yorkshire & Lancashire. Including dealing with the Health & Safety Executive and Environment Agency visits.Responsibility for the Feed Safety across the group including internal auditing and organising and facilitating external auditors such as VMD (Veterinary Medical Directorate) UFAS, TASCC, Trading Standards.I have also been involved with the day to day management of the Mill at Head Office in relation to wages, recruitment and disciplinary matters leading up to dismal. I am very used to communicating verbally or in written form well with staff on the shop floor through to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.

I ensured full compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and data protection regulations, while also conducting background checks and verifying necessary certifications. I maintained a comprehensive database of candidates and tracked recruitment metrics, providing detailed reports to clients to demonstrate progress and placement success.

I specialise in providing high-quality framing services for a wide range of artwork, from paintings and prints to photographs and memorabilia. My role involved working closely with clients to understand their needs and the specific requirements of their pieces, offering expert advice on the best framing materials and techniques to enhance and protect their artwork. I was responsible for selecting and cutting custom frames, mats, and glass, ensuring that each piece was presented in a way that complemented its aesthetic while meeting Fine Art Trade Guild standards for conservation and durability.I meticulously handled each artwork, paying close attention to detail and using archival-quality materials to preserve the piece over time, protecting it from environmental damage such as UV light and humidity. My expertise extended to a variety of framing styles, from traditional to contemporary, and I often worked on unique, complex projects that required creative solutions, such as shadow boxes and multi-layered mounts for three-dimensional objects.
