Recently completed Maximo Marina Redevelopment Project (MMRP) in St. Petersburg, Florida, a $21 M investment to replace and enhance previous Marina and Waterfront Development. My official title on the Project was Development Project Manager and I was responsible for engaging all consultants (i.e., Marine Engineers, Architects and Surveyors), Contractors (i.e., ORION MARINE CONSTRUCTION) and Stakeholders (i.e., IGY Maximo Marina Operations Team) on behalf of the Owner. The Redevelopment Strategy allowed for a portion of the Marina to remain in operation and allowing Marina to remain revenue positive while maintain their existing customer base throughout the Construction Phase.
