• Analyze bid packages to determine proper procurement strategy of materials to meet client and project requirements. • Evaluate procurement interfaces between packages to review potential cost savings for project. • Interface with Engineering team for resolution to all technical clarifications. • Prepare and issue all RFQ documents to approved suppliers and ensure proper specifications and reference documents have been included. • Review scope of supply and equipment list. • Evaluate commercial quotations and create commercial clarifications as required. • Assist in review of terms and conditions and negotiate resolutions in accordance to client requirements. • Create Recommendation to Purchase documentation and review with client for approval. Issue Purchase Order awards to selected suppliers. • Direct Kick-Off Meetings with suppliers and project team. • Expedite submittal of critical documentation set within the Purchase Order and ensure proper transmittal to Document Control.• Review supplier schedules and progress reports for problem areas and recommend action plans for recovery when needed. • Interface with Engineering, Inspections, Logistics and Project Management on order status and maintain a weekly report that is presented to the project team. Create and close out action items as needed. • Review Inspection Test Plans for upcoming inspection points and ensure proper notification is provided from supplier. • Arrange all logistic activities and request packing list along with final inspection releases. • Notify delivery locations of upcoming shipments so proper arrangements can be made to handle equipment. • Review milestone invoices for accuracy and process for approval.

Assisted procurement team with packages by establishing a relationship with suppliers and communicating order status to project team and client; responsible for updating Nadia (material management system) with suppliers forecasted ship dates and reporting any delays to project team; informed construction management at jobsite of any schedule conflicts that may cause delay; held suppliers responsible to PO terms and conditions and coordinated any conflicts with project procurement manager; established a strong relationship with Engineering, Project Management, Inspections, Logistics and Document Control.Attended Kick Off meetings with project team and implemented expediting terms and conditions with suppliers; informed suppliers of responsibilities and expectations set forth in purchase order; requested order acknowledgement from supplier after PO was issued; expedited submittal of required vendor documentation and made sure transmittals were properly sent to our document control for internal review; monitored ECDR (document management system) throughout document review cycle for an expedited return of critical data; constant coordination with engineering to establish which documents/drawings were priority to schedule; held suppliers responsible to project schedule by enforcing submittal of progress reports; reviewed for problem areas and advised project team accordingly; uploaded progress reports into ECDR for project review and held responsible for integrity of document; coordinated with logistics team on scheduling shipments and arranging pick up of materials; requested packing list with weights and dimensions along with commercial invoices.
