Position duties included development planning, preparing project funding documentation and Co-owner Peer Reviews, project economic evaluation, AFE preparation and senior management presentations. Lead multi-discipline team to achieve all project goals. Prepared development plan, actively involved in facility design, well completions and stimulation planning. Took lead in presenting project specifics to State, Federal and Native Agencies for development permits. Received ConocoPhillips Mark of Excellence Award for project.

Worked directly with Operations personnel to maximize hydrocarbon production (200+ Mbopd) and minimize costs.1988-1994: Maximized production from North Slope Lisburne Field drillsites producing in excess of 10 Mbopd. Prepared economic justification and AFC documentation for development wells ($3-5MM per well cost). Wrote procedures, monitored/evaluated results and implemented recommendations for well work activities. Analyzed open and cased hole logs in carbonate and sandstone environments. Analyzed pressure data, production and injection surveys and completed gas lift designs. Mentored young engineers.
