Key Responsibilities· Consulting with leaders to understand development requirements.· Designing workshops, courses and inductions to meet the needs of delegates around the business.· Facilitate workshops to enhance skills of delegates· Deliver induction training to new starters in a wide variety of roles from entry level through to Mortgage Advisers.· Supporting the ongoing work to embed our values and behaviors framework· Delivering sales related training to front line customer advisors, review advisors and branch managers· Create train the trainer workshops· Project Management· Facilitate Leadership Essentials program to new and developing leaders.· Work with aspiring colleagues on leadership programs· Creating and delivering career development programs such as “Aspiring financial advisers and Aspiring Mortgage Advisers”· Working with the Organisational Development function to create new methods of evaluation in order to embed learning and create reports to show the return on investment· Developing Online/Digital Learning for adhoc projects and mandatory compliance learning· Filming and editing videos· Creating solutions for reporting using Excel and Visual Basic for Applications· Developing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) solutions for Regulated Mortgage Advisers· Coaching and Mentoring colleagues around the business on career development or overcoming challenges· Digital and Blending learning solutions

Credit Management – Working with customers who had difficulties paying their mortgage. Understanding the cause of their difficulties and working with them to come to an affordable solution to get them back on track. Working with Solicitors, Stakeholders and External Clients to build and maintain key relationships as well as ensuring clear communication was maintained so decisions could be implemented quickly in difficult and emotional situations.Quality Coach – Working with Consultant and Leaders to ensure the highest quality and regulatory standards where maintained when working with our customers. Creating checklists and policies in order to benchmark our consultant’s quality when dealing with customers. Collating feedback to improve quality across the department and using Coaching methods to work with people who required improvement. Creation and distribution on Management Information in order to analyse the data to capture trends, report to our clients as well as being able to take a risk-based approach to our intervention strategy.Learning & Development Consultant – Focusing on our operational area’s this role involved training new starters in multiple roles, running and facilitating recruitment assessment centers, workshops for existing colleagues, systems training, regulatory changes and inductions to the company. Key Responsibilities· Coaching to develop confidence and quality in order to maintain compliance· Feedback on performance whilst increasing motivation· Excel skills for reporting and analytics· Telephone skills with customers in sensitive situations· Questioning & listening to understand and find solutions· Ability to work independently in order to fulfil projects· Workshop & Program Design & Delivery for multiple career stages· Creation and facilitation of assessment centers· Report design to inform different business areas of quality checks and risk-based strategies
