Multi Site Management overseeing 10 stores in the South East of England, whilst also driving the volume in my own store.A clear focus on delivering outstanding results on a daily basis, through exceptional service, given to every customer that we engage with.Managing the teams to operate in a way that is a true representation of the brand and its values, whilst being innovative and endeavouring to discover new ways to ensure growth in the stores.Also provide cover for the Associate Regional Director when he is out of the business, responsible for 33 stores in the South East and London ranging from new stores, to large stores that annualise with growth of up to 200% on YOY basis.My team is circa 50 people.In my own store, the team has been awarded for delivering the top volume performance in the region in 2013. This achievement comes in our first year since opening in October 2012.

SIS Phones4u is different from retail phone sales, we are based inside Currys, which allows us to tackle a different demographic in a more relaxed environment. It is more challenging as it has more of a field marketing feel about it, but more rewarding with greater progression opportunities because of such substantial business development.
