As the National Head of Technology, I am responsible and accountable to the overall technology vision and strategy for NECA and providing thought leadership into the business strategy from a technology perspective. The role acts as the technology solution thought leader and evangelist for internal and external, e.g. customer and industry level engagements while also providing the overarching technology/architectural standards for the organisation.

Most notably I was instrumental in securing new business within NEC's all of government contracts, CrimTrac (ACIC), SA Legal Services, SA Power Networks and GovNext (WA Govt - All encompassing managed service contract)

The company operated from within two locations with core company services and development residing in Adelaide, while head office and production hosting facilities operated from London. As the IT Operations Manager I was involved in all aspects of the business from hardware budgets, resource planning, project management, customer integration, development activities and recruitment.
