    As founder and head of a small interactive design and development firm I'm responsible for business operations, sales and strategic creative technology consulting. On our project team I specialize in the strategic and design phases, including: Creative Direction, Branding, Content and Communication Strategy, UX, UI and Interactive Design. As Interactive Design Director I led a team of 2-7 designers and developers working on user experience design (UX/UI), interface design, branding, prototyping (MVP), front-end and full stack development projects. Our projects are complex requiring evaluation, development and integration of new technologies into existing workflows and studio capabilities. My primary responsibilities include consulting with clients as a creative technologist to develop strategies and plans for new and expanding initiatives with their in-house teams. Then as the Design Lead I'm responsible for our teams' design and development work in executing the project.
