My primary area of practice is public-private partnerships and providing both legal and strategic advice to clients in the public and private sector. I am also well known as an expert in municipal securities and issue more than 250 Blue Sky Memoranda each year.Representative Matters: • Leveraged approximately $17,500,000 in public benefits to advance a $120,000,000 mixed use project consisting of a 28-story building with 280 residential units and commercial and retail space. • Created a transaction structure, unique in New York, utilizing special assessment districts to support the issuance of low-cost tax-exempt bonds to finance approximately $110,000,000 of private sector built public improvements necessary to construct and operate a New York State sanctioned gaming facility. • Advised and continue to provide on-going securities law advice to a national financial services firm relating to the offering and sale of over $20 billion of municipal bonds annually.Other areas of focus: corporate, general and financial transactions involving both debt and equity.
