Helped launch the Flamingo brand as the lead Sourcing Manager on the personal care side of the business. Worked cross functionally with the Product Development, Packaging, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify and on-board new third party contract manufacturers to support Flamingo's initial launches. Negotiated MSA agreements with all new suppliers and ensured product continuity by ensuring that a path to formula IP ownership was agreed upon in each contract.Fostered strong relationships with both internal and external partners and became the point person on all Flamingo supply chain functions, overseeing the brand's growth to an omni-channel >$80M business.

Managed the end-to-end supply chain and logistics functions for four spirits brands - Aviation American Gin, TY-KU Sake, Sombra Mezcal, and Astral Tequila. During this time, I established, constructed, and implemented an ERP system that accurately tracked production and packaging inventories in order to reduce stock-outs and lower inventory on hand. Within first six months, I led the development and launch for four new SKUs and on-boarded secondary distilleries and breweries to manage demand increases of >80% driven by the acquisition of Aviation Gin by Ryan Reynolds.Made numerous trips to Portland, Oregon to identify and negotiate potential sites for a vertically integrated Aviation distillery. My recommendation opened in 2022.
