I am a Red Seal Carpenter, Gold Seal Superintendent and hold a Certificate in Construction Management from Cal State East Bay. In the last 15 years I have worked primarily on projects ranging in size from $3 million to $40 million occupying the Commercial, Heavy Industrial, Assisted Living, Biotechnology/Biopharmaceutical space. I am competent and comfortable working with MS Project, MS Office suite, Bluebeam Revu, and navigating my way through Revit to review CAD or 3D renderings/models. Problem solving and looking to resolve conflict & challenges in creative manner is a strong suite.
