I have 15 years of experience working in the telecommunications sector. In this sector I have done sales, operations, project management, account management, FCC compliance, and educational services. My positions include: Account Manager, Program Manager, and Operations Director at various different levels. I have expertise in mobile internet technology, sales, working in educational programming, customer relations, and process improvement. I have a Bachelors Degree in European History, years of managerial training, and have a LTE certification. I have many skills that could be utilized within many different sectors of business, especially in the technology field. I am an expert in problem solving, customer management, conception and implementation of various different operational processes, and sales experience. I can work in a small or large company. I do have startup experience, as well. I have worked with large telecommunication companies, such as Sprint and Clearwire. I have also worked with thousands of smaller organizations within the entire U.S. I worked to transition over 20,000 clients from one internet standard to another, improved churn by over 20%, conceptualized order and operational processed to increase sales, created an online educational video platform, and helped deliver mobile internet service to hundreds of schools across the U.S. While I am currently employed, I am available for a new position right away. I recently just moved to Cork, Ireland with my family from Boulder, CO and have a valid work permit. My wife is an Irish citizen, so I am also working towards getting my Irish citizenship
