My responsibilities included Store Operations from Hiring, Training, Employee Reviews, Inventory Management, Company Store Walk Thru's, Money Management, all store operations fall on Co Managers. They are the acting Store Manager should the store Manager be out or off.

All store operations including but not limited to hiring, training & retention. As well as money and inventory control and maintaining a company standard or below on loss and always above profit. In charge of setting all Planograms and maintainting store appearance.

Safety & Security of the facility and inmates. ERT team and transport. As well as 4th floor intake dorm officer.
