Throughout my career I’ve founded a wide range of successful developments and businesses, always witha clear focus on growth and exit strategy.I’m commercially minded, and with over twenty-five years of experience in the marine industry I’ve gainedan in-depth market knowledge of both boat building and waterside development.Career highlights include: Establishing a prestigious boat manufacturing business in Eastern Europe, which I brought to MBO. Achieving housing planning permission on a UK industrial brownfield site, before selling the site to a developer.Now I bring my experience of delivering profitable projects on both land and water to my new business, Waterspace Living, where we offer luxury residential boats in desirable waterside locations.
