Providing General IT Infrastructure support to various Unipart Logistics sites across the UK with high profile customers such as JLR, Kubota, BMW Mini, Selco, Apple, McLaren, Sky, NHS, Vodafone, Kimberly Clarke, and Waterstones. Main duties include: Supporting internal teams with technical input for business proposals. Based at a managed services site supporting Unipart Group of Companies in Oxford. Which included being seconded as Unipart Group CEO’s dedicated support engineer. Main duties included: 1st and 2nd line support, PC/Server builds over varied platforms, software installations and hardware diagnosis and repairs. Network configuration and patching, printer installs and support, administration of user and group accounts, helpdesk, and physical network. Involved in project management on various customer projects, moves and rollouts. Training of staff and customers on use of new software.
