The result was a larger sized business with an increase in product and customer depth improving the profitability from this scalability.• Heavily involved in providing financial and costing analysis required in the development of 2 co-manufacturing agreements with 2 large multi-national companies. The result led to an increased production output at a lower average cost at an improved margin.• Provided substantial financial and commercial analysis on many critical business decisions relating to factory closure and site consolidation. Using modelling templates and analysis, a major decision was to close one factory, and to relocate production to another under-utilised company owned site. This decision has led to a reduction in average product cost through the saving of overheads, site costs and cost duplication.
