As Project Manager, was responsible for the delivery of the project within scope, timeline and budget. This was delivered on time and budget enabling the business to utilise the many additional benefits of a single business system including improved costing analysis and reporting.• Heavily involved in the financial analysis and due diligence of major business decisions including the purchase of 2 businesses and the asset sale of another business. These decisions were based on in depth and thorough financial analysis enabling the directors to make informed decisions. The result was a larger sized business with an increase in product and customer depth improving the profitability from this scalability.• Heavily involved in providing financial and costing analysis required in the development of 2 co-manufacturing agreements with 2 large multi-national companies. The result led to an increased production output at a lower average cost at an improved margin.• Provided substantial financial and commercial analysis on many critical business decisions relating to factory closure and site consolidation. Using modelling templates and analysis, a major decision was to close one factory, and to relocate production to another under-utilised company owned site. This decision has led to a reduction in average product cost through the saving of overheads, site costs and cost duplication.
