Previously Non-Agency RMBS Credit Analyst for a $1 billion portfolio of legacy Alt-A, Jumbo, Subprime collateral.

Managed a Distressed CMBS opportunity vehicle.Focused on High Yield strategies including Interest Only, B Pieces and other credit sensitive classes.Also advised the purchase of servicing rights by Special Servicing groups, included helped clients understand CMBS structure and document nuances, properly modeled future servicing income streams in various economic scenarios and capital market pricing.

Managed and constructed a $300 million portfolio of CMBS subordinate bonds and managed $1.3 billion in CDO's (including Structuring/Hedging , compliance) used to finance the REIT.Direct interaction with the Rating Agencies in the rating process for loans originated/securitized into CDO's or CMBS. Marketed and interacted with the firms CDO investors on "road shows" and post investment.Direct involvement in Hedging activities of the company.
