In the late 1990’s, as companies wrestled with Y2K issues, Mr. Bacic was responsible for architecting and delivering a groundbreaking technology strategy for a global semiconductor company running on a single instance of SAP. As part of the program, Mr. Bacic actively managed activities and relationships among key alliance partners, including SAP, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, and EMC. His last role prior to founding Exemplar Group was as the Global Lead of Accenture’s ERP Practice for the Communications and High Tech Industry, a roughly $500 million annual ERP practice.Mr. Bacic also gained extensive experience with international electronics and high tech companies during his tenure at Accenture. As a large Asian semiconductor company made tremendous investments in technology as a way to differentiate itself through customer service, Mr. Bacic worked with client management to devise the IT governance for the company and maximize the potential for return on its investments.
