(Who are you?...)Before leaving school I was a :-"Failure" couldn't right, spell, or read to well.. Ummm... I'm diagnosed with Dyslexia I go to a specialist school (they just opened) because my parents have worked really hard and can afford it. I meet Dr Chinn, a truly inspirational man. He really knows his stuff. He works really hard to set up a school and create an amazing team to help people like myself.During this time I'm head-boy for ever!!(I joined in the first intake of pupils)Tuck-shop owner (Successful) even had a manager!Christmas Tree farmer (failure) with hindsight learnt that planning is important (wind damage) and - I am still racked with guilt at my father weeding the trees because I didn't. Worm Farmer (failure) it was in a greenhouse and I didn't plan for a super hot sunny day..(don't ask about the worms) Before I left University(2:1 in business Studies, this is LinkedIn) I was a Scuba-diving Instructor (Successful). I figured out the NVQ system, set up a partnership with a local diving club, the university and my self.Then.. I travelled, I taught Scuba Diving.I injured my back. EPIC life plan failure. I came home.I worked in finance, it paid. I had some great bosses & I wanted to go to work. I had some terrible bosses & I didn't want to go to work. I came home from work. I roasted coffee in my garage. BUT..... (Who are you?)Cause I really wanna know. With the help of my wife ❤️ I turned my hobby in to a Job. Bean14 was Born.. The deal was 2 years, 2 years to take a wage or its back in to finance.. That was in 2006.. I’ve met truly amazing people since then, but there is a word count.. So do you really wanna know..(Who are you?... )I don't want to feel a failure ever again. I want to be able to send my kid to school. I recognise every day that hard work is needed if you want to succeed. I know knowledge enables you and your knowledge can enable others. I know you need a team, be able to listen, but be able to make a decision.I know you need a plan but you must be able to adapt the plan. I know that how I act as a boss can make people want to work or not work. Bean14 is now does a lot more than coffee, but most importantly. For myself, even bad days or very long days or working weekend days are great days....
