Chris Badgley, a business communications and financial print industry veteran, is a Vice President of Command Financial. He has distinguished himself as a trusted expert in content management and financial printing solutions. Chris is responsible for sales and senior client relationships for the firm. With over 25 years’ experience in the financial industry, his expertise and knowledge spans both the traditional services and innovative technologies of Command's diverse client base. Mr. Badgley has worked successfully with many of the world’s largest corporations, top corporate law firms, leading investment management firms, and private investment firms on a global basis. His diverse clients have trusted him with work ranging from capital financings including IPOs and secondary offerings, to M&A and corporate compliance, as well as prospectuses, and shareholder reports. High profile deals have included multi-billion dollar transactions with successful time-sensitive filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.He began his career in 1988 at American Express, and has been involved in the business communications and financial printing industry since 1996, and with Command Financial since being acquired in 2004. Mr. Badgley is a graduate of Hobart College.Chris resides in Summit, NJ with his wife Leanne, where they raised their two sons, Peter, Michael and daughter Jamie.
