Fixed Assets Specialist with experience mostly in the oil and gas industry. I've been responsible for the financial side of fixed assets for multiple divisions, simultaneously. This entailed handling routine additions, transfers and retirements/sales of various fixed assets. I conducted special projects, such as reestablishing assets with new values and lives after chapter 11, adjusting depreciable lives, stopping/starting depreciation, etc.In the process, I have utilized exceptional communication skills, including experience interfacing among departmental and cross-functional peers, corporate executives and managers of multiple (international) divisions.I'm self-directed with dependable time management and organizational attributes, and adept problem-solving capacity. I have efficiently managed multiple projects and heavy workloads, persisted under the pressure of meeting deadlines (including navigating the chapter 11 process) and produced solid results. In my spare time, I devote myself to teaching college students how economics pervades nearly every aspect of life.
