Chris led capital markets at TerraForm Power, where he was responsible for raising over $3 billion associated with the IPO and follow on transactions. Prior to TerraForm, Chris led SunEdison’s North America structured finance activities where he oversaw over $5 billion of innovative project financings. Chris was later a co-founder and CFO of PowerScout, an AI-enabled marketplace allowing homeowners to make smart purchase decisions around sustainable energy products. Chris now owns 38 Degrees North with his two Partners. 38 Degrees North is a sustainable infrastructure investment firm that targets real asset investments with attractive, risk-adjusted returns. We are a mission-driven company focused on accelerating the energy transition and decarbonization through innovative, programmatic, and flexible capital solutions.
