I am Senior Counsel in Employment with Hadef & Partners. I advise clients in all aspects of employment law. I help provide commercial and pragmatic solutions tailored to the client's objectives. I work for a large range of clients, including small entrepreneurial enterprises to national and multi-national operations. I have particular experience in the transport sector, retail, construction and energy sectors.My work covers contentious matters but I also advise on the non-contentious employment aspects. Including, HR and employment law advice to both companies and senior executives. I provide corporate and transactional support including due diligence, vendor DD, SPA and BPA drafting, indemnities and warranties, and ongoing advice throughout the life cycle of a transaction. In addition, in previous roles in the UK I have managed and supervised team members in all aspects of litigation work. I have extensive experience conducting advocacy in the Employment Tribunals in England, Scotland and Wales. I have conducted hearings on all types of employment disputes, including TUPE, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, trade union claims, holiday pay and other contract claims, flexible working requests, agency workers and employment status claims and many others. I have also provided advocacy in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
