Key responsibilities:- 3PL management of Aftersales warehouses in Russia, Sweden, Finland, Hungary & Poland- KPI management & follow up- Project management & support related to 3PL operations- Technical support RFQ's and implementation (linehaul/warehousing/ distribution) - Warehouse audits (shopfloor & 5S)- Contract & SLA negotiations- Warehouse relocations - Functional cost reporting/ budgeting to Japan HQ (scope: Aftersales Logistics, Europe + Russia)

Key activities & responsibilities: Logistic cost reporting & budgeting Nissan Europe After Sales - scope: Europe+Russia • Monthly reporting to Japan HQ and European management of logistic cost- performance.• Quarterly forecasts (full year budget) to Japan HQ of logistic cost- performance• Quarterly reviews with budget-holders of #9 warehouses OEM new model projects - UAG factory, Izhevsk (Russia) – Nissan Sentra & Tiida Project manager for securing Russian spare parts supply of Nissan Sentra & Tiida, both models are built by UAG factory. Including arrangements of contracts, inhouse-production, transfer prices, part packaging, transport etc. - Flins factory, France – Nissan Micra Packaging & Inbound Logistics Optimisation Project manager for initiating & coordinating cost reduction- activities related to vendor-packed parts supplied by European external suppliers. Example studies/ activities: incoterm switch (CIF>EXW), part- packaging revision, packaging- insourcing etc.Tendering logistic contracts (3PL’s) – scope: Europe+RussiaProject manager for technical side of RFQ’s for logistic contracts related to transport/customs/ warehousing/ distribution activities together with Alliance partner Renault. After selection of contractor, lead implementation (operational& contractual). Other projects:• Implementation of new dealer ordering- system Nissan Ukraine• Study in-house production (service parts) by Nissan factory St. Petersburg• Coordinate European After Sales benchmark (Carlisle & Company)
