Formulated effective strategies to maximise products revenue and transform passenger experience.Collaborated with web and travel management companies to articulate pricing and distribution strategy.Furthermore, I presented the analysis for each entry level product and portfolio expansion in front of the Gatwick executive board.My Top Contributions were:∙ Administration of commercial product development and retail strategies for multiple product and passenger streams at the airport, including family, premium and business travellers.∙ Partnered with easyJet to initiate the development of Worldwide by easyJet, an extension of GatwickConnects, the world-first innovative booking platform for Gatwick airport.

Responsible for the transformation of the airport experience for connecting passengers.Collaborated with multiple regulatory bodies to ensure that the connecting passenger operations were above all, safe and secure.Having identified a hidden market of circa 1 million connecting passenger, we set out to transform the passenger experience with the launch of the GatwickConnects baggage operations team, with exceptional success.

In this role I led the Pier and Gate room development programme, and using Design For Six Sigma, we revolutionised our pier, stand and gate room designs, including the design and build of the A380 facility, Pier 1 design and Pier 5 design and build as well as longer term pier development plans. Other significant work streams to develop the passenger journey and experience include, eGate transformation at the immigration control border, Family Friendly accreditation, Border Force collaborative working award, Auto-boarding using biometrics as well as multiple training and mentoring roles.
