Chris Bamber is a Head of Business Improvement at Chargemaster PLC. Colleagues describe them as "Chris took over as my line manager three months ago, which was just a month before a huge restructure was announced across Centrica (50% reduction of leaders my level and above). Chris has been fantastic as a line manager, initially setting up a great induction to the team and to UK Business and then subsequently being very supportive during such a difficult time for us both. Working for Chris is really enjoyable as his work quality and expectations are high, but overlaid with a fun and caring approach is in my opinion the perfect balance.
