As Services Success Partner, Chris helps to ensure that each of Oracle Cerner's Consulting, Hosting, and Support organizations are working in concert to optimize our overall services delivery and execution, by overseeing the various work efforts ongoing with our clients and thinking critically to identify opportunities that bring additional value and mitigate risks. He also helps provide strategic guidance on future roadmap planning for key enhancements coming with future releases, as they relate to clients' unique needs and requirements. Additionally, identifying goals across workstreams, and monitoring client success are core responsibilities from him as Services Success Partner.Previously Chris served as Client Account Executive where his was responsible for executive oversight of client relationships. He was accountable for delivering results for Cerner clients that lead the industry in their use of health care information technology. He was responsible for new business development, client satisfaction, project and production support oversight, and benefits achievement. He is committed to the continued advancement of client partnerships.Chris joined Cerner in 2005 as a Solution Delivery Consultant for Revenue Cycle solutions. He has held Engagement Management roles with the company such as Engagement Controller and Engagement Leader within US Consulting. He has worked with strategic clients during his time with Cerner including global, large for-profit organizations, and academic medical centers.Chris is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has a degree in Business Management.
