• Enter Payable Invoices • Verify Correct coding on invoices• Reconcile Company Credit Cards • Reconcile Management Expenses • Manage Companies Fixed Asset

• Reconciling Multiple Bank Accounts• Invoicing Suppliers• Preparing Reports for Future Year Budget• Updating Monthly Progress of Multiple departments • Issuing Payment to Suppliers • Close off any cash drawers left open at stores and record payments• Close any other services offered by CAA and record payments and transactions• Help with Great Plains integration and train staff in house when needed• Attend meetings to improve and raise any issues done with testing Great Plains integration• Serve as backup for other fellow accounting team members
