I have worked in the IT sector for nearly 20 years, and I am passionate about delivering effective solutions, excellent levels of support, and working with the latest technologies to provide cost-effective, powerful and reliable solutions.My experience with managing support workloads and support teams is extensive, and I have line managed a variety of teams both in the UK and internationally to ensure they provide the best service possible to end users while maintaining support procedures and standards.I have strong experience working with a wide range of IT systems including server virtualisation and software-defined infrastructure, desktop virtualisation and end user computing, remote access solutions and secure portals, server and storage hardware, hyper-converged infrastructure, backup and replication, and disaster recovery, and service desk design and implementation. I believe in delivering the best solutions possible to meet people's needs, and working with the best vendors in the industry to achieve this.I am currently managing a team of 18 skilled engineers across Europe to deliver effective solutions and support to our customers.Specialities: Support management, service desk design, server & desktop virtualisation, remote access solutions, backup & disaster recovery strategies, infrastructure, performance management, customer relationships.
