Leading AQA's Online learning team which consists of eLearning Instructional designers, developers and LMS administrators.Successfully defined, commissioned and integrated AQA's primary LMS for multi tenancy use as well as supplimentary learning provision platforms and content.Responsible for the development/commissioning of learning resources for delivery to internal and associate users as well as customers whilst ensuring ROI. Developed team as centre of expertise within the wider training and development community.Providing expertise and influence to drive successful delivery of organisational objectives, projects and programmes.

Providing technical leadership, consultancy and hands-on delivery of online learning solutions enhancing the capability of AQA's people.

The AQA lead in developing online learning for Associates, providing technical and design consultancy to colleagues across AQA on digital learning approaches.The role includes:- the design, development and publication of online learning content in consultation with the associate development team, other stakeholders and subject matter experts.-the preparation of materials required for e-learning and other programmes including sourcing or creating content, imagery, videos and audio including working with external film production companies and video editing using Premiere Pro.- evaluation of the effectiveness of online learning content and updating as appropriate or provide guidance to content experts.- coordinating tenders for bespoke online learning material including writing and editing documentation and working with all stakeholders to ensure that outcomes are cost effective and fit for purpose.- Project managing learning interventions.- the development and management of the Totara LMS system including data gathering.- Provide guidance and support to the People Group and Organisational Development teams, particularly with relation of online learning, and the development of an increasingly blended OD course portfolio.- setting up, maintaining and updating management information electronically using EPS, Oracle e-business, Totara LMS and the Senior examiner individual review system.I also engage in wider People Group projects, contributing actively to AQA people strategy through presentations, artwork (using the Adobe Suite and Blender) and written content.

Creating and updating e-learning courses for associates and supporting the Senior associate development consultant. I work with a variety of departments reviewing their associate training requirements and develop stand alone or suites of training using a variety of media. Role includes:- the design, development and publication of online learning content in consultation with stakeholders and subject matter experts.-the preparation of materials required including sourcing or creating content, imagery, videos and audio including working with external production companies.- supporting the evaluation of the effectiveness of online learning content and updating as appropriate.- coordinating tenders for bespoke e-learning material including writing and editing documentation and working with all stakeholders to ensure that outcomes are cost effective and fit for purpose.- enagaging with consultants in developing the effectiveness of the learning management software suite- providing administrative support for the Associate Development department and wider Learning and Development teams including manageing payments using Oracle, supporting Associate development events (including the preparation and distribution of all required materials), booking internal and external venues for events and arranging travel.- setting up, maintaining and updating management information electronically using EPS, Oracle e-business, Totara LMS and the Senior examiner individual review system.I also engage in wider L&D and People and Development projects contributing actively to the AQA people strategy through presentations, artwork using the Adobe Suite and written content.
