About Chris Barmore

I tackle technical challenges and find physical solutions that answer business needs and user expectations.The projects I am most proud of have started out with a strong research component and ended with something people want to use. I've supported business development and senior management to identify and describe opportunities. I’ve collaborated with research teams in conducting sessions and evaluating results for contextual and ethnographic research, as well as human factors, ergonomics, and heuristic evaluations. I have also worked hand-in-hand with engineering teams on the detailed development involved with commercializing technologies, reducing cost, mitigating risk, and managing quality.While I’ve been a key contributor in development from opportunity identification to manufacturing quality control, I’m most valuable sorting out the front-end of getting started.
