I am the director of Avarint's C4ISR division. I am responsible for the group the develops and maintains DIADS for the USAF. Since 2002, I have led the DIADS Verification, Validation and Accreditation (VV&A) program. I've supported numerous operational test and evaluations, studies and analysis, and exercises with an emphasis on IADS, EW, and cyber. I have facilitated the integration of DIADS into open-air ranges, installed-test facilities, simulation facilities, and cyber operations. I have over 30 years of electronic warfare, command and control, and integrated air defense systems experience.
