Lead teacher both within Gen Ed and an ICT cohort where I build students capacity to comprehend, discuss and synthesize texts either on and/or above grade level. Expose students to all facets of literature and broaden their knowledge of things both within a historic and textual aspect. Goal setting and collaborating with various members of staff participating in weekly and monthly meetings studying data and numbers to enhance scholars experience. Curated and maintained positive relationships amongst scholars and their families, ensuring that scholars best interests and well-being were always the prime motivation.
