Our teams will provide a central point of contact for incident management and business continuity as well as handling repairs and general customer enquiries. my role is to ensure our teams offer efficient and effective management of incidents, coordination of effective communication with colleagues, emergency services and whilst continuing to provide essential updates for our customers.I am highly skilled in establishing new ways of working through the exploration of technology. With an in depth knowledge and understanding of built-in intelligence, and effective customer segmentation. I provide the leadership to transform the way in which our centre communicates with our customers, placing the customer voice at the heart of all that we do; engaging with empathy, increasing productivity in order to drive improvements in response to customer demand, however they choose to contact us.
