About Chris Barton
I currently lead our national customer contact centre, delivering a 24/7 service throughout the year. Our teams will provide a central point of contact for incident management and business continuity as well as handling repairs and general customer enquiries. my role is to ensure our teams offer efficient and effective management of incidents, coordination of effective communication with colleagues, emergency services and whilst continuing to provide essential updates for our customers.I am highly skilled in establishing new ways of working through the exploration of technology. Customer Service Centre Trainer
I am responsible for the development of 104 FTE members of staff within a Customer Servcie Centre.Their development may be a knowledge transfer or skill gap such as product training and product development.Within the centre i also deliver Management Development Training to 7 Team Leaders.
