To lead the business analysis activity on complex change initiatives in order to support the delivery of the organisation’s change portfolio. Being a highly competent member of the team, the role will also enable the development of the organisation’s Business Architecture understanding and provide coaching to colleagues in the business analysis function.Assisting the Principal Analyst, contributing to the ongoing development of the organisation’s business analysis capability and implementation of best practice. Significant knowledge of business analysis processes, tools and techniques and proficiency in the current best practice used in business analysis Through practical experience, knowledge of the change lifecycle and all stages of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), together with how business analysis deliverables support this Knowledge of different delivery methodologies the business analyst may be expected to operate within, including Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches Knowledge of financial concepts to support the production of a feasibility study, Project Initiation Document (PID) or Business Case document, including awareness of benefits management processes Knowledge of Business Architecture and business capability concepts, preferably relating to TOGAF Practical experience, knowledge of operating within a regulated industry environment and considerations for change initiatives Knowledge of the Financial Services industry

Between the age of 11-16 I worked for Central TV. Working on acting skills, disciplines and techniques. Acting in various plays across Nottingham and Birmingham. Also appeared on kids TV, sometimes as an extra and sometimes as a character depending on level of requirement from the producer/director. I have made appearances on shows such as Harry's Mad, Woof, outside edge, criss cross, wise up (channel 4), peak practice and many others. I also got shortlisted (last 3) for the main part in the film 'Muppets Treasure Island' where I got to meet Brian Henson and his crew
