Serves as primary liaison with external vendors and communicates project action plans with all applicable bank departments. •Performs routine inspections to ensure all bank facilities (interior/exterior) are in good working order and meet standards for safety and lighting. •Responsible for the inventory and ordering of all maintenance supplies, including tools, light bulbs, ceiling tiles, paint, etc. Ensures that all bank facilities have necessary general maintenance equipment such as brooms, winter salt, shovels, etc.•Serves as an Alternate Team Leader for the Business Continuity Plan. Assists Support Team Leader with ongoing maintenance and testing of his/her area’s plan and with provides direction and coordination of recovery operations in the event of an incident (disaster).•Member of the Corporate Emergency Access System – qualified to gain access to all bank facilities in event of a disaster or emergency. -
