I lead and manage Great Place Tees Valley one of the 16 Great Place programmes in England, established to increase public awareness and community involvement in culture, heritage and place- making. I lead a complex group of stakeholders and delivery partners, across five Local Authorities and manage the relationships with key funders. To date the programme has exceeded its delivery targets and I am now implementing a legacy plan to embed outcomes into future Tees Valley cultural and economic strategies.
