Head of a small team responsible for the safe execution of all site mechanical capital projects and major equipment maintenance shutdowns. Projects are managed in line with the project lifecycle from conception, through planning, execution and closeout. Major duties include scope & budget development, applications for capital monies, project execution plan development, quality, risk and contractor management.

Delivering weekly maintenance schedules for the CHPP and Open Cut. Working closely with Planners, Supervisors and Superintendents to produce accurate schedules and prioritise critical work. Following Work Management guidelines as per the Anglo Work Management Manual. Reviewing and reporting weekly performance KPI’s to upper level management. Extensive use of site CMMS (Ellipse) software.

Member of the project management team charged with managing multi-million dollar projects for clients in the mining industry. Involved with all stages of the asset management cycle from feasibility, acquisition of equipment, maintenance strategies and disposal.
