The IT Systems & Services Manager is responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and performance management for mission critical KQED enterprise IT systems, and serves as an expert engineering resource for other technical units within the organization. Assesses and notes inter-dependencies between departments and/or their associative technology and makes recommendations for improvements.
