WHAT I DO:I develop websites and applications for small businesses to improve their online presence and offer services to their customers.HOW I DO IT:All websites are designed and developed around your requirements, working with you every step of the way. Whether it be to generate you more leads or provide an e-commerce solution, the system is designed to work the way you need it to. Automation can be as simple as an online booking system for your customers, through to a bespoke CRM system to manage your employees and tasks.WHO I WORK WITH:I have worked with many businesses across many sectors. Many of the business owners have not been technical but we have worked together to ensure everything is understood and in clear, non-jargoned language.WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING:I have lots of happy customers, many have seen a drastic increase in website visits resulting in more leads and sales. One customer in particular, who we created an online booking system, is now enjoying their weekends. They no longer need to message all their customers to fill their paper-based diary for the following week! With the online booking system, customers can now book months in advance or set up recurring events that suit them.MY BACKGROUND:From a young age I enjoyed creating websites for hobbies. With the love of IT, I then went through university and I've been in IT ever since. It's my passion to "make the system do the hard work", it's always painful watching someone shuffling Excel spreadsheets around when there's probably an opportunity to make a system to do the same task with a single click of a button.CONTACT ME:Feel free to contact me at hello@probeck.co.uk or by connecting here at LinkedIn, I'm always open to have a chat, discussing your ideas and turning them into a reality.
