I started as a Operations Leader in July of 2002. I am dedicated to the customer and strive to meet all expectations. With this company I have had the opportunity to move up in roles with increasing responsibilities. My objective is to continually improve my ability to motivate and inspire others in order to get the job done efficiently, safely and effectively. By utilizing my skills to lead teams that are always looking for new ways to solve problems.I held roles ranging from team coach (team of 50+), to Director Of Operations (team of 650+). I’ve also led teams in Sourcing, Logistics, Materials Planning, Growth Playbook, and Lean Manufacturing.
