-Supervise and coordinate the daily activities necessary to achieve the highest possible levels in areas such as: productivity, inventory management, quality assurance and safety. -Ensure efficient flow of product and monitor daily productivity numbers. -Daily use of multiple web based applications for employee time tracking, performance, workload statuses, and other functions. -Supervise up to 40 warehouse associates, which include providing feedback, promoting teamwork, motivating associates to achieve higher performance levels and providing associates with the tools they need to get the job done. -Direct the operations of the specific department work team to achieve the prescribed objectives. Ability to make daily corrections and ensure department information is accurate. -In coordination with the Human Resources Department, develop and maintain a productive work team by promoting a positive and professional culture. -Apply sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising, coaching and correcting behaviors with associates. -Ensure PacSun policies are adhered to and followed. -Responsible for encouraging and creating a high level of safety awareness.
