• Server, networking and DR support along with general IT support for international accounting firm, Rippe & Kingston, law management solutions firm, Rippe & Kingston LLC and global systems consulting firm, Rippe & Kingston Systems. • Main server support roles include but not limited to server data security, server upgrades and backups for 3 data centers in the Cincinnati region. • Provide technology solutions for 3 different companies and support their global systems. • Communicate and support a client base of over 200 national and international clients to provide high level systems support at a tier 3 level. • Technology purchasing for employees of all related companies within Rippe & Kingston, LLC. Work within a budget provided by the accounting group to ensure technology is purchased within a given budget range. Work directly with company partners to review technology and cost impact along with creating a refresh policy.• Inventory management of a 50+ server environment and 200+ devices and supporting hardware and software licensing. License inventory support to ensure proper Microsoft licensing.• Full service email support: Creation, upgrading and support of a 150+ Exchange user environment. • Server builds: Windows server 2003, 2008, and 2012. Linux NAS storage servers and IBM AS400 system setups and support. • Build and rollout of the companies’ first SharePoint server.• Support of the company telecom system (Avaya) including placement of new phones, creation of extensions and call centers.• Data Center reconstruction and build including assisting our legal software development team with the installation of a disaster recovery center.

• Systems administration and management for four full-service hotels as part of a shared service unit providing information technology support and services.• Four full-service hotels with a total of over 1400 rooms and 400 employees. The Columbus, A Renaissance Hotel, Columbus, OH; The Dayton Marriott, Dayton, OH; The Kingsgate Conference Center, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH; The Griffin Gate Resort and Spa, Lexington, KY.• Duties included and not limited to: Network Administration, Server Management and Security, Data Backup and Security, PC Compliance and Software Licensing, Asset Inventory, Hardware Installation, Server Upgrades, Email and ID Administration, Telephone Switch Management, Network Cable Installation, Network Switch Administration and Tier 2 escalation point for General PC Software, Hardware and Printing issues for over 400 users.• Large area remote management: Each property is, on average, 80 miles away. Remote assistance is often needed and utilized through using Remote Desktop protocol, Help Desk Xpress, Symantec PC Anywhere, WebEx or Go To My PC.• Oversight of 17 Standard Operating Procedures: Auditing the compliance at each property for4 all 17 Standard Operating Procedures and testing, as necessary.• Implementation of Property Technology Assessment: New system for auditing compliance for PC’s and servers along with ID security compliance and Property Card Industry compliance.• PCI compliance remediation work. Payment Card Industry required several security features be implemented to Marriott’s workplace. This included updating servers and workstations to new encryption levels and even introducing new processes for administrative work.

• Responsible for the all operations of the Presentation Services office located in The Westin Cincinnati. These include, but are not limited to: • Securing new and current business relationships as they pertain to the rental of Audio/Visual equipment for conferencing at The Westin Cincinnati• Provide positive financial growth for the location by maintaining labor percentages and up-sell of products and services• Create and maintain business relationships with the staff of The Westin Cincinnati to create a positive and hospitable environment for guests and companies utilizing the hotel conferencing space.• Manage up to four (4) Audio/Visual Technicians who assist in maintenance of equipment and complete set-up and teardown of conferencing rooms.• Conduct all training of new associates
