The Royal Canadian Marine Search & Rescue is a volunteer marine search and rescue organization that is an integral part of the Canadian Search and Rescue (SAR) system. Station 60 Comox is one branch of RCM-SAR. The men and women of Station 60 Comox are made up of dedicated community members who volunteer their time to be trained in marine SAR and boating.

• Key facilitator for Edmonton new hires on Basic I&R course with adhoc facilitation for all other courses in the curriculum.
• Designed and developed small portable test stations for field test tools training.

Edmonton, Canada Area

• Responsibilities
• Assumed lead role in the evolution of the FieldLink application to current end state
• Chair steering committee for FieldLink application
• Initiate change releases and UAT for all updates and enhancements
• Develop and maintain website with updated training aids and videos
• Conduct RFI to evaluate ruggedized field laptop systems and mobile middleware solutions.

Edmonton, Canada Area

• Responsibilities
• Provide assistance to desktop support with the Tech Refresh initiative for northern Alberta, I&R, Cable Repair and Network techs. Traveling to each work center in 780 geographical area. Transferring laptop data during.

Sherwood Park/Edmonton

• Front line liaison between the TELUS team and its customers, offering them the best solutions to their specific needs.
• Install and repair ADSL, voice, Centrex, coin circuits for residential and business customers in urban and rural settings.
• Tested and repaired main and service cables.
• Provide customers with accurate cost estimates containing both material and labor costs.
• Maintained digital carrier systems such as DMS, Lynch, UMC, Timespan, DM32S, Fiber-link, Nokia and Stinger.
• On many occasions I have accepted the role of acting Field Manager for periods from days to months
