On part-time secondment from Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP, I acted as General Counsel to Precision ADM Inc. as the business pivoted and expanded as a result of their strategic response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

I founded and led Elevate Rentals, which primarily offered power-sport equipment rentals in the Province of Manitoba. As founder and Chief Operating Officer, I was responsible for all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, equipment procurement and employee management.

I served as the Executive Aide to the Deputy Mayor of the City of Winnipeg, in conjunction with his role as the Chair of Finance. I led research, policy development, reviewed and summarized confidential disclosures and liaised with civil service department heads on municipal and community matters.
