We’re relationship driven.My role is to interface with our clients to make sure their IT solutions, programs, and applications are running smoothly. I handle the implementation of server upgrades, migrations, and day to day maintaintence cycles to ensure proactive care of your network.I also am part of the team that oversees the help desk. While our goal is to prevent problems before they occur, the reality is that sometimes they do. So we stay ahead of the curve by being proactive with our help desk tickets to ensure a quick resolution.

Founded in 1775, the Marines are an elite fighting force with the courage to engage in every battle—and the will to win.I spent my 1st 3 years as a combat engineer providing mobility and clearance to the infantry. Basically, I cleared explosives off routes so our troops could get where they were needing to go.From there, I was promoted to Platoon Sergeant, and I had responsibility for a team of 30 Marines including leading daily operations and ensuring their professional development.The last 2 years were spent prospecting future Marines and processing enrollees as a recruiter. In this role I was handling very sensitive information and developed my appreciation for securing data.
