A native of Arizona, I am proud to have strong roots right here in Phoenix/Scottsdale/Mesa. With well over 30 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, I have touched or been involved in just about every conceivable type of transaction and commodity within the industry. Having grown up in a family owned business that was based on manufacturing in nature, my early years in the industry were industrial based. My interests in the real estate industry have taken me in numerous directions. In the late 1980’s to early 1990’s my interest shifted to land and land development. That led to a career move into Home building. As VP of Land Acquisitions and Entitlement, I led a team within one of the fastest growing local homebuilding companies to position that company for its ultimate acquisition and sale to a multi-state developer/homebuilder. Then in 1997, I founded The Benjamin Group. A local boutique brokerage firm that specialized in land sales to developers and homebuilders. In 1998, he also co-founded The Lead Group, a partnership that has now eclipsed 20+ years in business. A firm that specializes in Land Entitlement, Acquisition and Development. Over the years preceding its formation, the company has entitled and developed well over 20,000 single family lots within standalone subdivisions and master planned communities throughout the Phoenix Metro areas for private investors, homebuilders and original farmers/dairymen. In 2011, in the midst of what has now become known as one of the worst recessions in the Phoenix real estate market, I decided to rebrand the brokerage to City to City Commercial and grow it into one of the fastest growing and largest local commercial real estate brokerages. City to City Commercial is comprised of both successful veterans and newer associates that have one shared philosophy: unparalleled service to its clients! By using state of the art technology, City to City Commercial works to always be ahead of its competition when it comes to information. We blow our competition out of the water when it comes to our many reliable sources for information and conveying that information in a well thought out data set for our clients to clearly understand. A proud husband and father to 4 children, I am excited about the future of City to City Commercial. My 2 oldest sons, Shane and Patrick are very involved in the day to day operation of City to City and I enjoy the daily involvement and collaboration with them.
