Reported directly to the client’s executive steering committee (COO, CIO, CTO, CHRO, CSO, etc.) and managed 3-4 consulting analysts and 15+ client IT and operational project managers.- Conducted impact assessments to understand how the 5,000-10,000 stakeholders across the two organizations (executives, leadership, managers, employees) were impacted by the merger and how their responsibilities would change.- Led the creation of the vision and value (strategic purpose, objectives, and results) for each technology integration project and the overall program to align all impacted leaders and employees.- Created and executed the change management strategy and plans to manage the people-related impacts and set the foundation for a seamless and effective merger (cultural alignment, leadership engagement, communications, learning & development, etc.)

• Recruited twenty European artists to represent their works in Beijing’s first international handicraft exhibition, sponsored by China’s International Trade Promotion Committee.• Collected, translated, and processed documents to advance the planning stages of the exhibition.

• Presented to P&G managers and senior executives a semester long project with recommendations on how to win the millennial consumers for Secret, a P&G brand. • Assessed Secret's digital presence and made recommendations based on their social media and eCommerce platforms.

• Undertook activities that promoted the development of Argentine companies by increasing their exports and overall competitiveness in the international markets.• Recruited small and medium size Argentine companies to attend government sponsored exporting conventions and business competitions hosted by the city of Buenos Aires.
