About Chris Bevan
I began my career as a design engineer on FADEC systems and within a short period of time began to have an increasing customer facing role. This evolved into becoming a flight test support engineer for the A340-600 and was then followed by an entry into service support engineer. My wide technical system knowledge in conjunction with extensive customer interaction helped me in my transition into programme management. The evolution of my roles has resulted in me gaining a wide appreciation of what is required to achieve a successful programme. Ever since moving into prgramme management, I have a long track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, within budget by effectively organising, managing and utilising the necessary resources. I am able to lead teams on aerospace controls projects where the highest standards are routinely demanded. Always wanting to be actively involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle I can deliver high-value projects in matrix organisations, multi business and across different geographies.

Provide technical support to airline operators (South African Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Emirates) during the launch of a new aircraft (A340-600). Other roles held at Goodrich Engine Controls include Flight Test Engineer (Airbus), Qualification Engineer & Design.
